Lanka Tech Manufacturing was founded in 2024 in Kotugoda to bring precision wire harness manufacturing up to the standard that global industries actually demand. Not close to it — to it. That means ISO 9001:2015 documented processes, 100% unit testing, and full traceability on every order that leaves our building.
Our team of 50+ professionals brings over 300 combined years of manufacturing experience. We build precision-critical assemblies for applications where failure is not an option — and we issue documentation to prove every unit passed before it ships.

Engineering Review
Every project starts with a thorough review of the customer's drawings, specifications, and environmental requirements. We flag issues before production begins, not after.
Controlled Build
Production follows a controlled work instruction issued per part number. Every technician follows the same documented process — no improvisation, no deviation.
100% Electrical Test
Continuity, hi-pot, and pull-force tests on every unit before dispatch. Not sampled. Every unit gets a test record tied to its serial number.
Documented Dispatch
Batch records, material certs, and a certificate of conformance compile per order before anything leaves the building. Complete documentation ships with every delivery.
